Event Description
Dalcroze 2009 has chosen the theme of Language-Sound-Movement for this year's workshop. It will explore the interchange between Rhythmics and Language. The performances and workshops will investigate areas of musical approaches to language development, the design of language and language expression.
This workshop offers a variety of opportunities to deepen artistic experience as well as to explore personal expression and communication.
The World Rhythmics Café® will offer an open forum for discussion among the participants and interested parties. In addition, it will provide an experience on how music, body expression and language can flow together as part of a collective conversation.
