The Art of Participatory Leadership is a 2-day intensive at which we will practice a set of simple yet powerful approaches for designing and hosting (facilitating) powerful conversations and meetings. These practices invite people to step in and respond to the challenges facing them in creative, authentic, compassionate, and innovative ways.

Groups and organizations using the Art of Participatory Leadership practices report better decision-making, more efficient and effective capacity building and greater ability to respond to opportunity, challenge, and change. Participants say that they walk away feeling more empowered and able to help guide meetings and conversations they are part of towards more desirable outcomes.
