“Taking It Upstream: Collaboration, Consensus Building and Sustainable Development” (Sept 25, 2009)

I am co-chairing a 1-day symposium entitled “Taking It Upstream: Collaboration, Consensus Building and Sustainable Development--A Green Leadership (Un)Conference” that will take place on Friday, September 25, 2009 in Malibu at Pepperdine University (only 2 days after the IAP2 conference in San Diego). The event is being co-sponsored by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, the Pepperdine School of Law, and the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship & the Law.
