Albany... on the home page of The World Cafe... look under resources and you will find Cafe to Go.... it is a quick and concise guide. This is not a difficult process.... so don't make it too hard. Ask a good question that is relevant and matters..... The rest just follow the guide, don't control the process too much and it will flow.
