The World Studio (A spin on the World Cafe)

On June 20th, 105 Community Arts Practitioners from all over Canada and a number of people from the United States met in Halifax, Nova Scotia for the first Arts Engage Symposium and Training Intensive. After a series of workshops that use community arts to address issues of violence, social inclusion and the environment to name a few I invited the community of learners to enter into the World Studio a variation on the World Cafe to come together for a process of reflection and creativity to express our learning, insights and ideas emerging from the Arts Engage Symposium.
