Can you say more on how you do that in the first round? Sounds really interesting! Also more explanation on the third point might be interesting!

Hi Peter

I love your idea of a passion disc! I think it is a wonderful connecting exercise in a WC! I use the WC process within organisations and am often looking for personal connecting exercises to kick off the conversation before moving to the organisational specific questions! I would love to understand what you do in 1 & 3 and would be more than happy to share some of the ideas I have used.

I have uploaded pdfs for the process we use in many different situations and also of the passion disc which we print on textured recycled paper - i hope this works
