World Cafe & Job Searching?

Hi Everyone!

My name is Melissa and I'm a social work student currently doing my placement at an employment services agency. My supervisor suggested the possibility of running an "Employment Cafe" based on the World Cafe model. I'm really not sure what direct to go with this in...does anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate your input :)
