Cecile, I agree, sometimes it's really easy to feel isolated, especially when changing countries and cultures. You sure are doing everything you can to create your own community, though: Bravo! And remember, you are not alone! Take care, Antoinette

Hello Antoinette,
I've just started working as a visual facilitator/practioner and discovered The World Café recently. I see you're based in France! I'm based in Paris, where I moved 35 years ago from the USA. I'm interested in networking with fellow World Café members in France and especially talking to other visual recorders/facilitators.

I look forward to "meeting" you at least virtually!

All the best,
Roberta

Dear Antoinette:

I am writing to invite you to a very special European Salon called “Dialogue & Leadership: The New Face of Community?” . A group of diverse practitioners from across Europe are gathering 16-19 October outsdie Vienna to explore the relationships between dialogue, leaderships and community and welcome your participation.

We’ll be meetingat Hotel Marienhof, Reichenau an der Rax, about an hour south west of Vienna. See: http://www.dialogueandleadership.eu/

We’ve succeeded in holding the costs lower for those who sign up by the 25th of August. To see more, please visit http://www.theworldcafecommunity.org/events/european-salon-dialogue

If you have any questions, please get back to me.
Over a cup of steaming coffee - cheers - Chris Chopyak

Well Antoinette, what is quite cute is that I wrote is actally what matters to me and not necessarily what was not asked. I trust my err as divinely spoken and will leave it in and will repeat here for us both to hold focus with: ...."people globally immersed in kindness, nourished deep from within and treat each other with immediate acceptance, highest level of trust and that this trust is honoured, valued and shared forward with humility." this resonates with you and as such must live already within......suspending judgement of what is in front of you is the first step. I leave this with you for your pondering.
