Lina Cramer and I have developed Parent Cafe's which have been very successful in engaging parents in conversations, and I have continued to developed other cafe's for early learning programs, hispanic community, the list continues to grow. But, there is so much more I need to learn in this process. I'm glad this community is here, and I am starting to reflect more on what I want to learn, and also what I can offer in my experiences thus far.

Great partnerships, and collaborations among parents, teachers and staff, have been developed through conversations that are meaningful and relevant to a thriving school community.
