To contact the World Cafe Community Foundation for help in finding an experienced host in the Czech Republic (or anywhere), you would inquire through World Café Services. They will want to know details about your company and the work you are interested in finding a host or consultant for.
If by collaboration you mean something else, please contact the Foundation with the details of your interest and you will either find an answer or be sent to the appropriate person.
