Hi Jim,
welcome to this place of meeting! Montessori education and the World Cafe seem to me to ideal partners in the field of co-evolving both individual and collective learning and capability! There are over 200 people in this community who are deeply involved in some aspect of education and the World Cafe.
also World Cafe learning going on at Fielding U. in Santa Barbara where my partner received her doctorate with a World Cafe dissertation.

Oh, that sounds interesting and exciting indeed! My mom is teaching at a Montessori school in Germany by the way :)
If you search for "Montessori" using the feature on top right you'll see it has been mentioned a few times across this site but it could definitely brought to the level of a proper conversation thread - you're warmly invited to start that...
