My name is Pieter Ploeg, a junior Art of Hosting practitioner and emerging social innovator. I have just graduated from a social entrepreneurship training in Sweden (http://www.yip.se) and I am now finding my way into the world through the exchange of ideas and skills. I have started a small social enterprise to sustain myself during social innovation work, while travelling and learning. (http://www.pietradelmundo.nl)
In early October I am moving to Vancouver for a few months, to discover North America and the networks in and around Vancouver.
Right now I sustain myself with making websites, but I am looking forward to doing more hosting and community work.
I would be very grateful if you could help me to connect to the World Café or Art of Hosting community in Vancouver area, to see if there are ways of collaborating!
Hi Joanna, a warm welcome to this Community of Learning and Practice.
Great, i'd recommend you to join the group "The Art of Questioning". Also i remember this great article on the TWC website: http://www.theworldcafe.com/articles/aopq.pdf
Other than that i can encourage you to play with the search function of this site to find juicy spots for you...
If you can take the time, it would also be nice to read an introduction from you here.
Respect to your work Joanna, it sounds good and meaningful to me.
Please let me know if i can help you here, best wishes, Benjamin[Global Communications Team]
