If you are new to the World Cafe, would you please share how you heard about this community?: I gave Juanita a scholarship to take an NTL training in the early 70s and have paid attention to what she is up to ever since.

What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?: Experiences in using the cafe process to build community self reliance and resilience / sustainability in the central Sierras

What would you most like to receive from this community?: Insights from others -- especially in re successful implementation process "after the cafe"

Nice to hear from you. I am not sure how to communicate with regards to TWC -- although that would be a good idea. The Transition Handbook lists TWC (and Open Space) as essential processes for the work, but they don't give any credit or acknowledgement -- just an overview of each process in the appendix. I've been able to bring both of these to our local community efforts since I was in on both at their beginnings. If someone just read their handbook, they might be mystified and certainly would not know of the heritage and hard work that has gone into developing them.
