- I discovered the book via the resource list of an e-magazine about community living. I sent away for the book and i am currently devouring it with relish!
- What field is the primary focus of your World Café work (ONLY CHECK AREAS WHERE YOU ARE ALREADY ACTIVELY USING WORLD CAFE PLEASE)?
- Health, Education, Community
- What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
- I am a group worker and trainer, with a Social Work degree and background. I also teach in the field of community welfare at a local technical and further education school. I have a keen interest in organic living and building communities which enhance individual's sense of interconnection and aliveness. I belong to an organic food co-op, I work for a non-government welfare organisation one day a week, run a private training business and teach. Any of these experiences I am happy to share.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- As I am new to World Cafe thinking, I would like to connect with people in my area/state who are pursuing the World Cafe ideology, to share their experiences and be inspired by them. I would like to start a World Cafe conversation circle in the area I live in. My greatest motivation at the moment is to find people who I can talk to about my feelings on a variety of issues. I feel disconnected.
