And regarding the Ottawa Garvocks - yes indeed, we are related. My grandfather (James William) had brothers and sisters there. Who do you know, by chance? ~ Cara Lynn

Interesting to learn of your interest in the spiritual journey. I have been interested in this "unfolding" along life's path since jr. high school. I try to integrate this understanding in all aspects of my life- sometimes more successfully than others!
I do a lot of reading. Currently into Waking Up to What you Do by Rizzetto which is about the practical application of the Buddhist precepts in daily living and The Myths We Live By by Mary Midgley ( heard her speak on CBC Radio's ideas one night).
