- I've developed good online facilitation and participation skills. For example, I can establish a warm and connected presence in online dialogue, which helps people to open up and participate with confidence. I maintain a strong awareness of the entire community and how the dialogue is evolving, and can interject appreciative, generative questions as well as provocative ones.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- The possibilities are what I'm needing right now. I have a number of projects in mind that might use this structural support to engage the community.
