The resources I'd share are the Café UK group, to find others in your geographic region, and the World Cafe Signature Learning Programs, to work with others in a peer-learning environment to deepen your hosting practice (there is a great one coming up later this month - registration for it closes on the 20th).
I know you will have a lot of add to either opportunity, and trust you too will find value in participating in them.
