- I was first introduced to World Cafe process at a conference of utility managers. Susan Kelly mapped a conversation about the future of customer service. The result was inspiring.
- In what field is the primary focus of your World Café work?
- Health, Education, Corporate, Government, Community
- What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
- Having worked in corporations most of my life, my business background follows me into the World Cafe process. I have a studied ear for meaning that underlies words - I try to draw that deeper meaning out of the conversation and onto the canvas.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- When people are doing good work that moves people forward with positive outcomes, I want to hear about it - that inspires me.

- What haven't we asked that you'd like to share?
- I heard someone say recently that people need a "shared social object" in order to connect with others. I'm leaning toward visual metaphors in the form of graphic recording as a way for people to start conversations that really can matter.
