- I bring 30 years of consulting experience, with 22 of these in the international arena. Much of my work is in international negotiations, conflict resolution, high performance team development, and stratgic change/change management. I am owner and CEO ofGlobal Genesis, a small consulting firm. We have relied on World Cafe work in a number of settings, including a recent conference on sustainable use of a very large watershed attended by secintists from all parts fo California.
