Thanks for your comment David. I will be driving by your area today with visiting family. Beautiful weather for us. Will check out the article you mentioned.
Hi older brother,
Everything is in their way.I still traveling a lot to connect with the core groups of active citizens. Wish to meet you and all friends of TWC in Seattle this November, but there are many things waiting to be born. So, I must waiting to take the chance that might emerges.
Hello David, I've been travelling and so I'm just catching up on messages. Thank you for connecting- I was a little confused by your message about the web site- could you say it again in another way? Thank you. With best wishes Alexandra
Thanks David. Unfortunately, I can't attend your session due to a scheduling conflict. I am hopeful that the audio of it will be shared with the Community on this site (hint hint. I am very much looking forward to learning with you!
Hello David ! Je parle anglais, so.... pas de probèmes pour communiquer !
The world café for Peace Day was just fabulous. We had coaches, artists and humanitarian workers. A really nice, committed, international Geneva crowd. It was a whole afternoon dedicated to talking about peace and bring out peoples' deepest values.
At the end we achieved the three concrete results that we had hoped for: a great experience for everyone, a Charter of Questions about Peace that people ask all year round in their personal/professional environment and a dialogue Circle Questions for Peace to continue the conversation.
Here's the website http://coachforpeace.org/wcqp_fr
We hosted another world café the following weekend for Cultural Creatives, but I haven't finished the website yet.
I'm so, so thrilled. The World Café model is just so fantastic !
Now I'll try and figure out the best way to post the info on this beautiful world café community website !
Thanks for the welcoming questions. After signing up I spent the summer without a computer. You can imagine the backlog I had upon firing up a new system.
I attended a Systems Thinking conference about 10 years ago in San Diego and participated in a cafe. I was hooked from the beginning on both the simplicity of a guided discussion/dialogue and the depth of what happened at our table. Since then I have used World Cafe type conversations in a variety of venues including First Nations in Canada and NGOs.
David, thanks so much for your welcoming message. I will indeed check out the person you referred me to. It is great to see so many names on this site--people I've known of, read their work, etc., but not had personal connection with.

Thanks much my friend. Our dinner seems so long ago. Looking forward to seeing you in November at STIA. I want to explore how we share learning across our various commuinities, including the many sites I am connected to on Ning. A wonderful proliferation -- and a bit daunting for someone like me who is part of many communities!
Thank you so much for your warm welcome! I was indeed completely enthralled and excited when reading the book co-authored by Juanita Brown and yourself, exactly a year ago. I learned so much, it was a series of AHA moments and ultimately, I just simply felt I had reached home. This was it. I just had to do TWC ! I love the depth and the lightness of the process. It actually makes people better through the experience of authentic exchanges. When I asked, I easily received help and advice from several TWC facilitators to help me run my first event. Which just goes to show the beautiful mindset that the people in the community have. I hope to facilitate many many many world cafés until I'm an old lady and as long as I can still stand !
Hola David. Thank you. I am not realy a newcomber to the World Café and certainly remember with loving feelings my first encounters with you and Juanita many years ago. I have just seen Juanita in México and ask her about you. I did not have the oportunity to see you in Tlayacapan last year but since then I have reconnected with Juanita and your high spirit.
Maria de los Angeles invited me to join again and Carlos Mota has also been very helpful in urging me to be online. With your immediate and warm welcome, I already feel that I have arrived home!!
