Hosting Conversations about Questions that Matter
Hello good folks! As Director of Communications at the World Cafe Community Foundation, I designed this space and am one of your hosts here.

This is a self-directing community and there are many others who are also caring for us - but if you need anything, or have any questions, if you are being disturbed by anyone here or notice something we should be aware of, please contact me. Thanks! I hope you enjoy yourself here and learn and share lots.
If you want a bit more information about my work with the World Cafe, here's a short WC bio.

Here are some wonderful images of the World Cafe's new logo designer, Gabriel Kurauchi, being honored at the Sao Paulo gathering (where he was gratefully presented with a set of coffee cups with the new logo printed on them). The photos were taken by event co-organizer Marcela (Marxe) Urteaga.

Thanks, Amy. I'm just now beginning to explore the site here and get familiar with World Cafe and its functions. So glad to become connected here. You and others will discover I'm a big believer in the power of new alliances, cooperative efforts, etc., building on dialog where that is needed.
Thank you, Amy for your warm welcome. I will now venture out on a Discovery Visit of the venue. If I encounter a glitch somewhere along the way, I "Woo Hoo" for help and when I am more familiar with World Cafe', I'll better be able to answer the questions above.
Thank you, again,
"M"
Thanks Amy!
Thanks Amy - checking out all the links at the moment and will be sure to make use of this community - either to get more tips or to share any what went well's even better if's.
Nice to be part of the community, Amy!
I normally host world café amongst technical people. Next week there will be a big meeting where they will discuss about financing for health. It will be participated by banks and parliamentarians and technical people. So I am a bit nervous how it will work out. There are at least some colleagues familiar with the methodology but I am still nervous because of the diverse participants and big number also around 100.
Thanks Amy!!
Hi Amy, I am excited to get to know you and this community and learn more about World Cafe!
Hi Amy, sorry I had to step out but really appreciated the talk. Our Association is finalizing the theme of our 2018 congress and it was interesting to see how the themes that came out in yesterday's world café and the theme we are working on are aligned. Can you confirm the title and author of the poem that was shared at the start of the session. It was absolutely beautiful! Many thanks for all the work. If at some stage you are interested in doing something tied to intercultural dialogue or seeing migrations as a chance for society, I'd be happy to help. Bye for now and thanks for the opportunity to have more connections!
Hi Amy,
Thanks for all the work you are doing in this community! It's fun to see the growth that you are inspiring.
