This is amazing
I just feel great feeling part of a living system. A concrete compound of knowledge, just simple but profound guidelines, and the special art of everyone daring to not know for true the result you just ignite, as host of a world cafe.
I appreciate the possibility of sharing experiencies with others, as well I know that I can get resources or get involved in deep conversations, to inquire and learn new approaches to real client cases.
I have joy watching the people polinate / polinize? I will soon have video and pictures of a 220 guests world cafe taken place in Bogota, for Avianca our major airline, regarding, passenger service.

And yes - pollinate! Like the bees and the butterflies do - take our knowledge and inspiration from flower to flower and share it as we go ... I haven't heard the word in English, but love the idea of "pollinizing"!
