I have developed apps for men & women that act as their personal physio-therapist to coach & train them to do pelvic floor muscle exercises (PFMs) on a regular schedule with a programmed workout. Why is this important? Physiotherapists have been training men on how to exercise these muscles. However these services are labor intensive, expensive, time consuming and only available to a limited # of people.
