I was just in your beautiful city for business (just two short days, but it was enough to get a sense of how impressive it is) and loved it! I wish I could have met up with one or more of you (Adriano! I didn't realize you are so close...). Hopefully there will be more opportunities in the future.

Do we believe that "service" mergers the individual and the collective though the energy of "courage" or "encouragement"?
What examples can we think of that demonstrate the value of this belief?
If this is true and valid, what does it mean for our lives, our work?
