Hi Douglas,

4 or 5 things I would to do or be a part of:
1) I would love to help transform global politics from being about power and oppression to movements of people, freedom and transformation.
2) I would love to find something more focused to work on in my life. In many ways, I've been afraid to really choose something, so I've chosen everything and nothing at the same time. I have a lot of skills, but maybe not one that I've honed like I could.
3) Have you heard of Non-Violent Communication? I would like to help develop the next iteration of that. How can we create new modes of communication that help people share authentically, but without creating a new language or methodology that feels constraining.
4) I would like to find ways to link authentic education (what you do when you want to learn) with public or mandatory education. Is it possible? Can we make something required also be joyful? My school does a good job, but only in comparison to other more traditional schools. How can we give students feedback that doesn't take away from their joy? How can we tell them what we think without making the work be about our approval?
