"Consensus Doesn't Mean Casual" and "Shared Vision Required"
Hi all. Craig Freshley just posted a new "Group Decision Tip" at his website. It's called "Shared Vision Required". Mostly I work with teachers and principals to get them to have meaningful conversations about what needs to be done to make schools better for kids. The most important part of all of this is creating trusting relationships (I know easier said than done). I spend a lot of time in team building before we even get to the real meaty stuff.

A deep inquiry you are carrying, bows to that - group decision making... do you know about the new book "The Cirlce Way"? i am currently reading it and it's so good!!
