"Consensus Doesn't Mean Casual" and "Shared Vision Required"

Hi all. Craig Freshley just posted a new "Group Decision Tip" at his website. It's called "Shared Vision Required". Another two of my favorite Tips are "Consensus Doesn't Mean Casual" (you still need structure!) and "Decision Method Right-Sized" (one person, three, many?). I thought you all might be interested in checking them out while preparing for group decisions. Enjoy!http://www.goodgroupdecisions.com/vote-tips.aspxSee More

Kerri,
Mostly I work with teachers and principals to get them to have meaningful conversations about what needs to be done to make schools better for kids. The most important part of all of this is creating trusting relationships (I know easier said than done). I spend a lot of time in team building before we even get to the real meaty stuff.

Hey Kerri, a warm welcome to this Online Community of Learning and Practice.

Great! Maybe you can invite Craig now in here? :)
A deep inquiry you are carrying, bows to that - group decision making... do you know about the new book "The Cirlce Way"? i am currently reading it and it's so good!!
Maybe to write an introduction about yourself here is a good entry point into this online garden :)

May this space serve you well...

Please let me know if i can help you here, best wishes,
Benjamin [Global Communications team member]
