"Consensus Doesn't Mean Casual" and "Shared Vision Required"
Hi all. Craig Freshley just posted a new "Group Decision Tip" at his website. It's called "Shared Vision Required". Another two of my favorite Tips are "Consensus Doesn't Mean Casual" (you still need structure!) and "Decision Method Right-Sized" (one person, three, many?).
