Hi Paula. So sorry for the long delay in my response. I haven't been on the forums at all the last few months and am just getting caught up. The two questions we used for the Cafe were: "What has been your major learning or insight so far?" and "What will it take to make change on this issue?". The Cafe was used more for connecting and reflecting rather than generating strategies for action. These questions seemed to work well for that purpose. Have you posted anything about your November experience? I'd love to read it.
