In 2010, I hosted a series of conversation cafes as part of an organisational development activity in our public sector organisation. The people who trained me during this series of conversations introduced me to this community.
In what field is the primary focus of your World Café work?
Education, Corporate
What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
I'd like to share my knowledge of asking powerful questions and facilitating people to tap into their greatness. I'd also like to contribute experiences I'll be having in engaging people in this process.
What would you most like to receive from this community?
Tips on how to draw people together, making them feel safe enough to put down the professional mask and just be human! I'm also learning ways to use the World Cafe in my coaching practice.
