Why I'm interested in the World Cafe?
I have long being interested in knowledge management (or the lack of it) in the corporate world. While working on some research in indigenous communities I stumbled across the World Cafe. I saw the power of reframing diversity and sharing collective and individual knowledge and was hooked!! I am wanting to use this particularly with indigenous groups further my research into successful learning models for these groups.

45 other people here from Aotearoa. to view.. "people, advanced search, scroll to New Zealand and search" . You write: "the power of reframing diversity and sharing collective and individual knowledge" ...at the World Cafe, a collection of individual intelligences is at risk (grin) of becoming a collective intelligence!!
