The World Cafe Community

Hosting Conversations about Questions that Matter

This morning I was thinking about using the World Cafe process in a Jewish environment.
I was trying to think about how I could explain the process.

And I thought about a piece that is unique to Judaism, the Talmud. The Talmud is a compilation of generations of voices on one page reflecting on and giving their opinion on a piece of Torah.

I see the World Cafe process as a page of Talmud. Only instead of generations offering wisdom we have everyone present offering their opinion, ideas and wisdom.

I know both World Cafe and Talmud offer so much to the world of that is always growing and changing.
