Yes, what Kevin McEvanue had to say on youtube link you provided about 'wholebody focusing' was really fun to watch. Had not see it before. I was motivated to learn about Alexander Technique because of the "enlightenment" it seemed to promise...and I have not been disappointed in using A.T. for that purpose. So I have that in common with Kevin McEvanue.
