Hello Yuuya,
How wonderful it was to meet you at the Systems Thinking conference, and I am deeply grateful for the beautiful heart stones that you gave to David to share with me. I will have them be a remembrance of the special time that we all shared together at the conference (and in our lives).
I wish you the very best as you take the next steps toward your dream of creating a dialogue society in Japan. Regarding the translation of the article, I suggest that you and Amy talk together and decide who among your group you feel can make the best Japanese translation--with perhaps a couple of different people reviewing the translation who speak both English well and Japanese--so you are sure that the "meanings" are being translated fully as well as the words themselves.
Yuuya,
Did you see the link to ypour story in the last newsletter? It was very exciting! AND, I love the pictures you are sharing here...they are truly wonderful and give the "feeling' of what is happening with the Dialogue Bar in a very powerful way.
Warmly,
Juanita
Hi Yuuya,
Thanks for your warm welcome and guidance. Though I am much less active in cyberspace than in-person situation, will try to catch up what's going on here.
Sending you good vibes to heal:)
Love,
Kanae
Thank you for inviting me to this community, and also for giving me the information on "the story of the dialogue bar"!
Half a year has just passed since "Sustainable Future with Dialogue" in Yokohama...but surely I feel the expanding circle, or even a creation of a new "universe" around people...
Please share your story about the Dialogue Bar you have been hosting in Japan in the StoryNet on this online community space. (Click on the "StoryNet" link and it will take you there). There will be a link on that page that will invite you to "start a new conversation". Go ahead and click that link, and then copy your report into the space there. You can add your pdf as an attachment if you like.
If you find it difficult, don't be discouraged. I'm happy to help! And don't worry, you will have a "buddy" soon who will help you too.
Welcome to this online community space! I'm so glad you are here. You shared some of the wonderful things you are doing with the World Cafe on my page, and I wonder if you'd like to share them with the rest of the community in the Introductions area of the Conversations tab. Be the first and get the ball rolling!
