Hello everyone,

In the couple of days since this site has been "live" I want to say that I'm completely amazed and humbled by the places around the world where people are joining in from....Afganistan, India, South Africa, the Netherlands, France, Pakistan, Vietnam, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Japan....the list could go on and on.

And this gives me so much hope seeing that there are so many of you around the world who are hosting conversations that matter in your own unique… Continue

Thanks, Juanita & David! Dottie is my wife and partner! And yes, Don and I began working with the cafe as an AI Summit in 2004 with one of the Santa Barbara homeless shelters. We had such tremendous success that I continue to use the learning from that first cafe with my students. In particular, we had some great examples of the impact of working with the whole system in the room. And, yes, there are a number of our Leadership students who, I am sure, would be interested in writing about their experiences with the cafe! Yes, I am happy to take this offline with you!  Best wishes, Niels

Charo

Hola Juanita,

Charo
