flying high is good and I am glad the recession is going easy on you. Don't have a website. I am currently on a year sabbatical writing up PhD thesis, my expertise is in OL/OD, research and negating blame cultures. Used to be a clinician, have been a lecturer and research fellow (taught law, research and education).
