Hey Dee, wuhuu supercool plans! yes, you wanna plan some cups on the way, very nice way of travelling... (hah, you could even make a community fundraised project from that... donate for me travelling around and meeting all you people, collecting stories and weaving... uh, sounds like something i want to do at some point).
Let me know when its getting more concrete, happy to give you delicious contacts in Europe...

warmly,
/b

Dee,this sounds really exciting and something we'll all be able to use. As we know, the Industrial Era organization had no interest in learning or reflection, and yet these two elements are necessary as we move into the Knowledge Era (I prefer (Ac)Knowledging Economy). So we eagerly await both your thesis and to see you again on your bike!

Dee, how exciting to be that close to having finished your PhD. Congratulations! What is your topic? And how will it help us get even more traction in the WC space? We fully understand your absence, even if your trusty bike could make it. We'll catch you next time!

This is what attracted me to Greenopolis- in my work with the SoL Sustainability Consortium, I wanted to find online ways to foster and continue offline learning and action.

Hello Dee,

No problem. What we do is very simple: we help people and organizations to "fly high". I don't know if you use such expression in english to describe a great performance or achieving dreams. Things in Colombia are going well, fortunately the "crisis" have affected us softly. Thanks for the interest. Do you have a website to see what you do?

Thank you for your comment and question. I think Mind Map is a powerful tool to make the intelligent use of brain function, left and right hemisphere of it. And it is also kind of graphical interpretation of what we think. So Mind Map is in either case. It depends on how we use it. That's what I think. Am I with you?

Ooooo. Great question on Beauty. Here's a short answer - but a longer one can be seen on my blog, The Beauty Dialogues: http://www.beautydialogues.com

The short answer to what I mean by beauty is an experiential response to something (or someone or some thought or idea or larger sense) that makes me stop for a moment and I feel my heart crack open in appreciation even just for that moment, and I experience a window, no matter how small, into the integrity, harmony and wonder at the core of all life.

How's that for a short answer? :-)
