Amy Lenzo said… Welcome, Kerri!
How wonderful that you have joined us - especially since, as David says, Anne is our dearly held "guardian of the spirit, or "soul" of the World Café" - a wise elder who has given us and this entire community guidance and support from the very beginning.
Your Master's program sounds amazing... how wonderful that you are able to immerse yourself in it. I think you'll find there are a lot of "kindred spirits" here to talk with about things you are interested in. Please reach out and start conversations with people and/or respond to ones that are in play - whether they are "old" or "new". (It's my experience that time isn't really as important in this environment as it is "face to face". :-)
There are some ideas for how to get started in the "Orientation" section of the site - please let me know if you have questions or need help.
Warmly,
Amy
Hi Kerri, welcome to the World Cafe online community of learning and practice! I am particularly excited to see you here because Anne Dosher is my "unofficially adopted" older sister. she is also widely known as the guardian of the soul of the World Cafe! she's written the wonderful epilogue to our book: The World Cafe… Shaping Our Futures Through Conversations that Matter.
Be well,
David Isaacs
