- I have been accessing your website a few times.. but only now signing up to the community .
- In what field is the primary focus of your World Café work?
- Corporate, Religion, Community
- What knowledge, skills or resources would you like to contribute to the World Café community to help it grow and flourish?
- The ability to work bilingually in English and Malay or Bahasa Indonesia - so to present the Cafe to a bilingual setting. I have done versions of this - encouraging the delegates to use the language they are comfortable with.
- What would you most like to receive from this community?
- Pointers on how to work with large groups - more than 50.. and be able to keep the energy level high as well as the documentation processes for large groups for the final takeaway home.

- What haven't we asked that you'd like to share?
- I am a practising facilitator certified by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). I work in the corporate environmnet and more lately with non-governmental agencies, community groups and rehab centres - doing sessions for staff as well as residents. I find facilitative and participative tecniques bring more to the group and they are ready to open up and share.

Sahat P Hutagalung said… - Terima kasih Patricia telah membalas e-mail ini, untuk manfaat dari kegiatan di World Cafe bagi pekerjaan mungkin tidak dapat secara langsung akan di peroleh karena mungkin banyak suatu perbedaan yang akan ada ( karena bisnis tidak berkolarasi ) tetapi perlu diketahui bahwa suatu sistem jejaring dalam informasi maupun pengetahuan akan dapat juga membantu pekerjaan kita masing masing, sebagai contoh manfaat jejaring tentang data/informasi,bila saya membutuhkan suatu data/informasi tentang yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan saya di Malaysia tentu dan bila anda dan saya sudah menjadi suatu bagian dari jejaring pengetahuan,maka saya saya dapat sharing dan diskusi tentang apa yang menjadi kebutuhan informasi saya di Malaysia demikian dan seterusnya.
Tetapi ada suatu syarat yang harus dipenuhi disini adalah kepercayaan dan saling percaya sebagai suatu komunitas yang berguna bagi masing masing dan juga komunitas.
