Christine, I am new tp World Cafe. Juanita suggested contacting you as a contact in Arizona. As director of a Montessori charter school in Tucson I am envisioning a world cafe to discuss questions related to sustainability of our learning community and how we adults can provide a model of peaceful collaboration for our children. I would love to hear more about your work in Arizona and the world cafe in Arizona. Thanks. Nirvair Khalsa, Khalsa Montessori School.
Hi Christine. Thanks for welcome me to the Strategic Collaboration group. I'll check it out and follow up later. I am on an extended vacation away from Phoenix until September 1, but I will be checking emails regularly. Blessings! Deidre
Hi Christine, thanks for the welcome. Well I didn't say the clothes were cheap! But they are much commented upon. Personally I wait for the sales, it makes a little difference anyway! Might be cheaper to just go to Peru, all the best Sarah
I have been checking on the MSC group for a little while. I actually just left an article on OD on there that I really liked.
Right now I'm proposing an AI, World Cafe approach for Board development to AzCAA that I'd love to talk with you about. Take good care and we'll hopefully talk soon! Best, Ben
Hi Christine, would have loved to meet up with you in London on the 5th but am unfortunately working in the north that day. enjoy your trip! Best, Janine
Thank you - I am leaving for a documentary film fest in Missouri tomorrow but will join now and wander through the MSC site as soon as I get back. BTW, we did try out the world cafe conversations with the law school externs and they leaned into conversations quite easily...much opportunity for debrief improvement in hindsight but we got enough good feedback to try again.
I hope you found shoes for Wales! :) Enjoy your time there...Regina
Done! I look forward to being part of the group. Had lunch with Michele, Regina & MJ today, and my husband, Peter, joined us, too. Great conversation on using MSC in schools. Thank you so much for an awesome workshop and bringing us all to together. Sharon
Christine - my email is [email protected] and my mobile number in the UK is 07774 171830 (international is +44 7774 171830). Great that you know Maria - I had a great meeting with her and Jim when I was last in CA (my favourite place on the planet :)
Go well Christine...
Hi Christine - happy to friend you. I note you are in the UK in March - let me know more and if it's possible, we can meet up! Warm regards form a snow-bound Britain! Ty
Thanks for your welcome. I'm glad to see you're on here too. It looks as though you are pretty busy here, too. Given that I'm a newbie here, how would you suggest I best learn what you're up to, with an eye to joining in to some of it?
It would be wonderful to attend your workshop which is quite close to where I live.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford the £750 booking fee. Would you feel generous enough to extend a complementary invitation to me, so I might attend as an assistant or student observer for one day to observe World Cafe in action?
I am putting this out as a Possibility, and am open to your response ...

Hi Christine,
thanks for your invitation. Are you coming to the UK in the near future?
I would very much like to observe a World Cafe in full flow. Perhaps I could attend as an assistant (collecting tablecloths)? What do you think?
Some background:
I am a coach living in the UK, very much interested in the conversations of women who emerging as leaders in their community or professional field. I am also studying leadership in the voluntary sector for my MA. I see that I could incorporate World Cafe principles (and AI methods) into collecting narratives from leaders for this research.
