Hello ~I've come across a fascinating governance process you can use to run an organization or community that feels to me a lot like the energy of the World Cafe. I myself have been working with the practice of Holacracy - a slightly revised/updated methodology and am SO excited to continue to steward it in the world. I would love to open up more lines of dialog and discovery with you and others about these tools that I believe are a key part to the conscious culture creation we are up to. In particular I love sharing stories and experience on how we introduce, and 'enter-into' the dynamic governance process with people.
