Dear Kelle, we are using light wooden boards in this cases - with flipchart paper on it and the legs of the four participants at the table are becoming table-legs... an other way to connect and get together :-)

Juanita, what a terrific idea! Will call furniture companies tomorrow, and office supply stores who sell flip charts and such out of the "box." I can use those boxes. If that proves unfruitful for some reason, I'll check with Nancy.

This sounds WONDERFUL! One idea re: what to put on knees would be to go to a furniture store (or someplace where they sell things in large boxes) and then just cut out cardboard squares to which you can affix 1/2 sheets of easel pap...
