Hosting Conversations about Questions that Matter
I call myself a "Conversation Architect". I meet with clients and sponsors to learn about the conversation they want to have and then build the stucture that might best support it. The Cafe has been a staple of my tool box. I often use the attached Pyramid or Power of 2 Conversation Tool to harvest key ideas in a quick and fun way. I have used it stand alone for many years.
